Hi I've got a 2001 speedfight AC with a pmtuning pig pipe and 6.5g rollers. I'm gona put a pollini70kit, a pmtuning air filter, a pollini 19mmcarb and a pollini 2g clutch and get it up jetted. Is it worth me putting on a gear up kit and new crank? And shud I put 3g rollers?

hi, i have an aerox 70cc with stage 6 sports exhaust and i have put a polini open air filter on it which sounds sweet but i had to upjet my ped from 82 to 108 which is an awful lot and is costing me much more in petrol. i would recomend fitting the air filter and getting it ipjetted but only do so if your prepared to ride slow in rain avoiding puddles ect, they can get slightly wet just not soaked.

hi i have a speed fight 2 50cc air cooled and for ages now i have wanted it 2 go faster than the old speed witch was 37mph restricted. what i have done is get a malossi air filter, a Leo vice exhaust, racing rollers and i have deristricted my variator and now my bike will do 65mph on a flat witch is fast for a 50cc moped.

If u want to know how to deristrict your variator he you go first you take of your kickstat then you take of the plate and to your left there is another plate that you have to buzz gun off because it is so tight then there is another plate pull it off and on the back of it is a coupple of small bolts take them off and there is a plate pull the plate off put the plate back on then buzz gun the other plate on and your done. BELIEVE me you will see a big difference i might only be 16 but i sure know how to tune my moped

Just bought a Vespa LX50 and wondered what performance gain is to be expected from the most simple form of derestriction. Not too keen to get into exhaust and jetting changes as I would like to keep the bike looking as standard as possible.
Is just variator plate removal enough?
